环氧酯类增塑剂是含有环氧官能团的油脂类塑料助剂的统称,通常以大豆油、葵花籽油、亚麻油等富含亚油酸和亚麻酸的植物油为原料,通过环氧化植物油分子中双键的方式制得。该类增塑剂的合成原料具有可再生性,产品可被微生物降解,而且毒性极低,属于环保型生物基增塑剂。由于环氧基团具有捕捉Cl-离子的能力,因此可以降低PVC分子的降解速率,提高塑料制品的抗老化性。在PVC中添加5%的环氧酯类增塑剂,即可提高材料的耐光性和热稳定性。此外,环氧酯还具有优良的PVC相溶性。
